Tom has been with the Gailey Eye Clinic since 2005. His responsibilities include the overall management of clinic operations
with an emphasis on human resources, project management, and strategic planning. Tom is married and has two daughters.
He enjoys reading, weight training, and spending time with his family.
Rebecca Cox
Administrative Assistant
Rebecca has been with the Gailey Eye Clinic since 2001.
She assists the physicians and staff in many areas including benefits, credentialing and scheduling.
Rebecca is married and enjoys roller blading, scrap booking and spending time with family and friends.
Shawnna Graves
Patient Care Manager
Shawnna has been with Gailey Eye Clinic since 2004. She is responsible for the daily operation and supervision
of the patient care staff in Bloomington. She also supervises the training of new patient care support staff
and maintains staff competencies. She enjoys playing baseball with her son, cooking/baking, and the outdoors.
Carmel Kozak
Front Office Manager
Carmel has been with Gailey Eye Clinic since 2001. Her responsibilities include managing the front office and
medical records departments in the Bloomington clinic, as well as overseeing patient accounts and insurance
departments. She also does transcription for the physicians. Carmel enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Steve DeValle
Optical Department Manager
Steve has been with Gailey Eye Clinic since 2006. He brings along 14 years of optical experience. His responsibilities
include the day to day operations of the optical and contact lens departments. In his spare time he enjoys photography,
fishing and the outdoors.
Barb Clark
Financial Manager
Barb is the clinic financial manager and works closely with patient accounts.
Barb has been with Gailey Eye Clinic since February, 1994.
