Tom Restivo-Administrator

Tom has been with the Gailey Eye Clinic since 2005. His responsibilities include the overall management of clinic operations with an emphasis on human resources, project management, and strategic planning. Tom is married and has two daughters. He enjoys reading, weight training, and spending time with his family.

Rebecca Cox-Administrative Assistant

Rebecca has been with the Gailey Eye Clinic since 2001. She assists the physicians and staff in many areas including benefits, credentialing and scheduling. Rebecca is married and enjoys roller blading, scrap booking and spending time with family and friends.

Carmel Kozak-Front Office Manager

Carmel has been with Gailey Eye Clinic since 2001. Her responsibilities include managing the front office and medical records departments in the Bloomington clinic, as well as overseeing patient accounts and insurance departments. She also does transcription for the physicians. Carmel enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Heather Kingsley

Heather Kingsley has been employed with Gailey Eye Clinic since July 1999.  She is currently the Patient Services Manager and Dr. Robert Lee's secretary.  In her role as Patient Services Manager, she oversees the duties and schedules of the Ophthalmic staff, Surgical Counselors and Special Testing personnel.  In Heather's role as Dr. Lee's secretary she oversees all of his surgical and patient care issues.  In Heather's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and gardening.
